Træningstider
Children trains in the Rytmiske Sal in Prøvehallen on Mondays and Thursdays from 17.00 to 17.45. Following the adults and youth training is from 18.00 untill 20.00.
Adults and youths are also welcome at Prof. Dinos classes at Rådmandsgade skole from Tuesdays and Thuersdays from 17.00 to 19.00. You can also train in Roskilde Tuesdays and Wednesdays - or in any of the other Malungos groups in Denmark and across the world.

The pivotal point during classes is capoeira, however, the open and varied training facilities leave plenty of room for social activities both inside and outside the sports arena. Music and singing is an important part of capoeira and therefore essential when we practice capoeira.
There are free try-out classes for new students, so feel free to come and join or just have a look. As in many other sports, we practice in a capoeira uniform, but you don’t need to wear any particular uniform from the start. Any kind of comfortable training clothes will do just fine.
